Are you interested in helping Cupcake Camp? That’s fantastic!

The first Cupcake Camp Adelaide was held on November 22, 2009. We attracted 14 bakers, who collectively baked over 400 cupcakes, and helped us to raise $1000 for Camp Quality! It was a very successful afternoon and we are looking forward to the next one in 2010.

What you’ll get out of it as a sponsor:

  • The sponsors will be represented to an extremely diverse group of people
  • Listed on the event website and event posters (if sponsorship confirmed before poster printing)
  • Appear on the Facebook group and Facebook event invitation
  • Special announcement on all fronts when involvement is confirmed, with organization history and details
  • Mentioned with your organisation details in every email and Facebook message posted before, during and after the event
  • A minimum of one Twitter message for your organisation per week at peak usage times for most exposure (5pm-9pm) and one per day in the week leading up to the event
  • Your company branding displayed at the event, sizing and placement subject to approval
  • At the beginning and the end of each day (essentially at every large gathering) a special mention of “great thanks to those who made this all happen”
  • Opportunity to network with attendees during the event
  • Included, where possible, in regional and national media coverage
  • Full summary details of event feedback survey will be provided
  • Last but not least, earn extreme goodwill and the attention of the community

Please note:

  • All attendee communications will be handled by the organisers.
  • Sponsors are responsible for supplying all the materials associated with their sponsorship, including all copy/text and signage/banners for on the day.
  • Sponsors can also arrange to hand out items such as stickers, promotional vouchers, etc on the day subject to approval by the organisers
